LTO Evaluation
Overview
A printable LTO Evaluation Form is available on our
website (www.dotbu.org.)
LTO Evaluation Process
LTO position must be at least four (4) months long.
Principals should meet with the OT prior to the evaluation to
provide an overview of the process and areas of consideration,
i.e. classroom management, assessment and evaluation,
planning, etc.
Observation/Evaluation date should be pre-determined by
both parties.
Evaluation process should promote professional dialogue
where effective feedback is provided.
