 Chardon obtained their technology legally under license from
Chardon Electrical Components (CEC) in the United States.
 Chardon engineers were trained in cable accessory
design/manufacturing in the United States.
 In 1998 Chardon Electrical Components (CEC) was acquired by
Hubbell Power Systems.
