Recommendation
Recommend Northern Divisions (plus Red
Deer vicinity) in one District, Southern
Divisions in the other District
Options considered
Northern Divisions -- Southern Divisions
Alberta -- Saskatchewan
Southern Alberta -- Sask and Northern Alberta
Blend with neighbouring Districts

Why this recommendation ?
Creates balanced Districts of total clubs and
membership
Maintains strength of leadership
Reduces some travel requirements
Ensures base of potential growth
International policy requires newly reformed
Districts to be at least 100 clubs
