Our Journey:
Received Bloomboard and SLO training to be experts
in our building
Attended optional workshops in Bloomboard and SLO
Created an overview cheat sheet of expectations and presented during data
teams in the spring of 2013 for the upcoming school year
Produced Bloomboard/SLO guide-introduced during an October Professional
Development day hosted by building experts
During PD day, teachers had the ability to log on to Bloomboard and
collaborate with teammates on SLO, while Superusers fielded
questions and provided guidance
Created a mini guide for mid-year conference time: describing
directions on Bloomboard and samples to the mandatory questions
Communicate with staff daily to provide
guidance and answer questions through
one-on-one meetings, emails and texts
