Marine Services

ISS Marine Services offers a full portfolio of services to owners, charterers and offshore operators at all ports in Oman.

We offer full husbanding services including but not limited to Port In/Out Clearances, Statutory licenses in Oman, Crew movements, Crew medical attention, provision/stores supplies, bunker coordination.

Support craft – we operate our own launch stationed in Muscat, and have the ability to support with further vessels from the Region .

ISS offers full bulk cargo agency including logistics support. We handle over 1mn tonnes per annum of grain, clinker, cement, bitumen and copper ores via Omani ports. Disbursement accounting: Single point of remittance, final DA within 25 days of vessels departure, full transparency with all supporting documents and monthly statements.

Government Services

ISS Government Services acts in Oman for the leading Navies of the world. Providing Port agency, logistics support, equipment hire and Force Protection Services in all the ports of Oman. in addition ISS can provide a full spread of camp and exercise support for military forces.

ISS Oman has been involved in a number of Humanitarian support programs and can provide full logistics support via air, road or sea at short notice. Air and seas charters as well as containerized shipments can be arranged on behalf of clients with distribution in the harshest of environments.

ISS worldwide Movers has extensive experience in Oman of International and domestic moves. With our own vehicle fleet, highly experienced packers, insurance options and air-conditioned warehouse, we can handle the full range of personal effect movements, industrial and office moves ISS worldwide Movers has built a reputation as the leading packing and removal company in Oman and handles a number of blue chip accounts. Liner Services

ISS Liner Services provides scheduled services for fast, efficient and safe delivery to Oman or to export destinations worldwide. A dedicated Liner team with extensive experience provide a bespoke service to clients and principals alike. Liner companies represented include Hapag-Lloyd, Delmas, Hamburg-Sued and MacAndrews.

Survey and Loss Adjusting

ISS are the appointed Lloyds agent in Oman, providing Lloyds with shipping intelligence as well as performing surveys on behalf of Lloyds underwriters.

ISS represents many of the world’s leading Protection & Indemnity Clubs providing expert local information and advise as well as claims adjustment. Our highly experienced staff maintain a close working relationship with the clubs, protecting their interest and providing advance information on future risks.

A team of expert and experienced surveyors, including a qualified Master Mariner are able to perform a wide range of cargo and vessel surveys at all ports of Oman.

ISS Oman has a team of resourceful personnel experienced in conducting business in a professional and structured manner. Moreover the team enjoys a good rapport and excellent working relationship with relevant Government Bodies, Customers, Agents, Principals which goes a long way in ensuring required standards in Customer Satisfaction. Over the past two decades ISS Oman have consciously employed and trained local Omani staff in operations and customs matters, and now with mandatory local presence in all customs and operation related matters, ISS are better placed with trained Omani staff on their payroll
