•FY10 to FY11 to FY12 reduced the DART rate from
1.89 to 1.50 to 1.41. A reduction of 25% in 2 years
•OICC surpassed 20.4M man hours with a DART rate
that continues to decline (0.411)
•12 of 18 offices finished FY12 DART free
