Outcomes – Phase 2
• Support people who wish to, to
move back to Warwickshire.
• To undertake assessment of people
who wish to move into supported
living in the area they reside.
• To provide support to others who
need further social work support.

Progress
• 75 customers have been reviewed.
• Work on reviews began in late
November 2013, and were completed
by the end of May 2014.
• 5 people want to move back, and 19
others are being offered the choice
too, by showing them the new Extra
Care Housing Schemes.

held involving all interested
parties
• Discussions with new providers
are being held to bring more
specialist services into
Warwickshire.
