The EMDR-10 control unit operates
on temperature and moisture sensing
• Combined temperature and
moisture sensing
• Temperature sensor de-activates
the system at
– High temperatures
– Very low temperatures
(no melting)
• Moisture sensor de-activates the
system when there is no moisture
– No moisture
= no melt water
= no risks for leaks

1. Air temperature raises above setpoint

2. Moisture is lower than set-point
