Homework
• Each Monday your son will receive a homework task sheet in their
homework folder.
• The task sheet will list the jobs to do:
– Reading home readers (5 minutes)
– Learn sight words using look, say, cover, write, check or your own
method (5 minutes every 2nd day)
– Literacy task (5 minutes)
– Math task (5 minutes)
• Don’t do all the homework in one night. It is better to do a bit each
day.
• Every child is different in the way they handle homework tasks at
home, please be patient. I want to know what they can do and how
they manage independently.
• Homework needs to be returned on Friday.
