During Communication with FIs two Main Points became evident: • International Banks need back-up from Local Banks as Agents, Carrier of Know-How, Co Financers Every Country Persuades ONE Bank to come to the TIF 2012 List of possible banks handed over herewith.

TIF 2012 – Country Responsibilities

Second Issue • IFIs, as Worldbank, IDB and ADB need the Consent for Investment Projects on National Level In other words: A TRACECA Project (priority or not) which is not included in the National Development Strategy/Plan will not receive their Financing.

Issue is of High Importance.
