Strategic Plan Goals:
Goal 1
Continue to be the leading provincial ski team in the country by graduating
more athletes through the North American ski racing system than any other
province.
Goal 2
We lead our clubs to greater operational efficiencies, world-class athlete
development strategies and provide safety and risk mitigation resources.
Goal 3
Grow a strong community of volunteers and veteran officials by increasing the
number of qualified level three officials and timers in the province.
Goal 4
Practice responsible fiscal management by operating within our approved
budget and preserving a strong level in our operating fund balance.
Goal 5
Increase the level of engagement with all our membership, past and present,
to encourage a life-long passion for alpine skiing.
