    There are a lot of great implant systems One just better designed and costs a whole lot less.

Proven Quality design No compromise solution

Introduction

AlMiTech

 Almitech is Endosteal Root-form (Cylindrical) Implant    The implant system consists of multiple components that are precision-machined and finished using grade-4 pure titanium or a medical grade titanium alloy or stainless steel.

Implants are for single-stage or two stage surgical procedures.

The implant system is intended for surgical placement in the upper or lower jaw to provide a means for prosthetic attachment in single tooth restorations and in partially or fully edentulous spans with multiple single teeth, freestanding bridges and to retain overdentures by means of o-ring abutments or bar-attachments.

8° Morse taper

New implant design utilizes all the advantages of the full size internal 8 ° Morse taper that has proven years of dependable service and adds new features for improvement.

Internal guide

    

Internal guide for positioning of the two peaces abutment. This patent pending feature dramatically increases misalignment resistance and retention (stability) of the implant/abutment connection. Assures long term successful restoration. Warrantees no loose screws restoration. The same feature is used to drive an implant into the bone (or out). Our bio-mechanical tests showed outstanding capabilities of this connection to withhold sheer and tear forces much greater than one could experience in normal or extreme situation in mastication process. Extreme situation including Parafunction activity known as bruxism.

complete seal

Patent pending design provides complete seal of the implant internal cavity to prevent micro-leakage (bacterial invasion) and plaque accumulation what leads to local gingival inflammation, bone loss and ultimately loss of the implant.

External Surface DESIGN 

Surface area of the implant’s external thread is maximized by optimizing ratio of the pitch and profile.

Spherical tip and recessed self-tapping elements provide better possibilities for success in the perforation-prone situations.

Resorbable media blasting optimizes surface roughness for bone ingrowth.

  ExtErnal SurfacE DESIGn (cOnt’D) A blood clot attaches to an implant when its fibrin strands become intertwined in a implant’s micro-surface features. The strength of the clot/implant attachment depends on how tightly the fibrin strands are entangled in the surface. Fibrin strands are typically sub-micron in diameter. For the strongest bond, therefore, the implant surface features should create a maze of slightly larger spaces that can tightly capture the fibrin strands.

Leading studies show that optimum surface roughness pitch shall be 1-3 µm to maximize osteoblasts grow. Pictorial representation of this is shown below.

ExtErnal SurfacE DESIGn (cOnt’D)

Interferogram shows that Almitech’s implant has pitch of 1.7 µm rms.

All this facilitates implant placing process, increases bone-to implant surface contact, retention and stability of the implant.

quality control

   All parts are design and made in USA to highly precision tolerances to provide uncompromised repeatability of the implants and abutments placement.

Outstanding quality control and uncompromised sterility protocol.

Almitech implant system is a FDA approved product.

Implant Placement:

1.

Open the original package and release, avoiding actual hand contact with, the sterile inside tyvek pouches onto the sterile field.

 Almitech eliminated additional complicated, expensive inserting devises and manipulations.

Easier procedures

Implant Placement: Insert the insertion driver through the opening at the top of the pouch into the implant while holding the implant firmly from outside of the pouch.

Implant Placement:

Insert the insertion driver through the opening at the top of the pouch into the implant while holding the implant firmly from outside of the pouch. Carry the implant to the surgical site and thread the implant in a clockwise direction until fully seated. Remove the insertion driver

Prepare the Implant for Healing Locate the surgical cover screw (healing cap) freely floating inside the sterile pouch. Using sterile gloves separate the sides of the pouch at its top and pull the sides of the pouch in the opposite directions until the pouch is open. Using the 1.25mm Hex Tool, carry the screw (healing cap) to the surgical site and thread it into the implant.

CONVENTIONAL HEALING TIME: Traditionally, implants are expected to heal in three (mandible) to six (maxilla) months before prosthetic loading, depending upon placement site and quality of a bone.

Abutment Placement: After adequate osseo-integration a clinician needs to: Uncover the implants, if necessary; and remove the cover screw; Irrigate, free from debris and dry the internal part of the implant; Place an appropriate abutment, using an insertion driver (1.25mmD Hex Tool) and a torque wrench applying 30 Ncm of torque. Note that solid abutments do not have to, but can be modified;
