Orland Airport Industrial Park
The biggest incentives of the industrial park are a streamlined permitting process which requires a site plan review for most uses and the ability to do a sales tax rebate if the new business generates sales tax. The County also has access to public financing and grant programs that may assist along with Workforce Investment Act (WIA) training and recruiting of the workforce.
