Terms of Reference (from project appraisal document)
(i) To establish and monitor a timetable for the implementation of the project;
(ii) To review and approve the procurement of goods and services;
(iii) To coordinate & approve the various project components’ management &
implementation, to develop the consensus on, and commitment to the project; and
(iv) To make recommendations on regional research issues which may arise during the
implementation of the project.
