strength training as well as running. The cost is $60 for the entire school year.
Expectations:

We expect our athletes to have proper workout clothes as well as running shoes.
If students forget workout clothes, they will not be allowed to practice. If your
child is unable to attend a practice, please email Coach Heard at
[email protected]

Athletes are also expected to follow disciplinary guidelines set for the school.
Disciplinary consequences will draw on the professional judgment of the coaches
and/ or administrators, depending on the severity of the infraction. If a child is
suspended from school, he or she will not be allowed to participate in the
following competition.

Athletes will be required to maintain academic standards consistent with ACA
philosophies. A child will not be eligible to play under the following criteria:


They failed a non-honors level course at the end of the nine weeks. (Honors courses that
are excluded include Algebra 1, Spanish 2, or any elective High School credit course).
The student will lose eligibility on the Friday afternoon the day report cards are passed
out and can regain eligibility the Friday report cards or progress reports are passed out.
In order to regain eligibility, they will be required to pass all classes at the time of
progress reports or report cards.

Students who pass all classes at the 9 weeks mark will be required to turn in a grade
sheet every two weeks. If the child is failing on their grade sheet, they will not be
allowed to participate until the next grade sheet is turned in, (or a progress report or
report card) with every grade passing. These grade sheets will be collected and
monitored by the coaches.
