GPA Policy GPA “No F’s” vs. “One F” 6 Activities for 8th grade (End of year). Contract for all students failing. This year it is really easy, make sure you don’t have any “F’s” If you have a D- you pass period. Next year you must maintain a 2.0 GPA which is much harder and students will have limited options for D’s. Time is critical so please get back on track ASAP. Here are some things you can do: Before School AC, afterschool AC, Lunch time AC, being responsible for setting appointments with teachers/counselors, seeking help, self advocacy, check ABI daily and helping others “friends don’t let friends fail” be “lifelong successes”☺ 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. I know that Mr. P addressed all the 8th grade students prior to promotion activities, and made it very clear that we need to be proactive and make sure to bring all F grades to at-least D- before June 2, 2014. Failure to do so can result in jeopardizing the entire 8th grade end-of-the-year activities. By signing this form I am aware that if I receive more than one “F”, I will not be allowed to participate in any of the end of the year activities.
