Understanding the Skills Gap - Panel Discussion & Networking Event
– Whether you are an engineer transitioning to other employers or looking for future
opportunities within your own company, there are gaps between what the company needs
and what the applicant presents.
– Format was later used for the Plenary Opening Session at Huntsville MAW
 Heavy lifting is a compliment :-)
– Sponsors were $250 each
Career Transitions - Presentations & Networking Event
– We all face multiple transitions during our careers. This event will focus on how to manage
these events, not just have them happen and hope things go well.
– 94 people have layoff notices
– 16 total signed up, only a few possible from that group
