“Thank you for your great vision and to all the volunteers that made the health fair
possible. I really appreciated your desire to have those in the Hispanic community
receiving this assistant. Next year will be even better”.
Rosa M. Toussaint-Ortiz, Community Services Chaplain
“Thank you very much for your generosity and for the help that you bring to the
community. I was with my mom today at the Health Screening and I was very
happy with my experience. I would like to THANK YOU personal for everything.”
Cristina Bratu (From Russia)
Ccongratulate ‘for hosting the most organized health fair’. Julie Drzewiecki
“Last year I organized over 78 community health screenings and we screened over
4000 people as a health system. Out of all 78 community screenings I was
involved in last year, AshaKiran had the best foot print of what a community
screening should be & I encourage other organizations to shadow the
AshaKiran model. You had more physicians under one roof for a community
screening that I have ever seen & a great mixture of informational and biometric
screening areas creating a very balanced and well rounded health fair
experience.
o
Having a volunteer leading small group through the entire fair ensures
everyone participates at all stations which is where the full benefit is realized. As
a local health professional I would advise anyone looking to host a community
health fair to contact AshaKiran in an effort to replicate what they do for the
community”.
