margins of tolerations, target values and longterm objectives
- Decision on determining the products for which
export/import/trade fees are paid
- Order on restriction of the use of phosphates
detergents

SUBSIDIARY LEGISLATION UNDER PROCEDURE
- Decree on determination of the activities of new
installations or substantial changes on existing
installations, for which IPPC permit/or an
adjustment permit with adjustment plan is
required, as well as on determination of the time
schedule in accordance to which the operators
shall submit the application for permits and
- Rulebooks on determination of the procedure for
obtaining IPPC permit/or an adjustment permit
with adjustment plan
