A foundation in all four competency categories
Fellows will be able to:
• Understand their own leadership strengths and
weaknesses for increased effectiveness
• Seek, use, and deliver feedback for greater
leadership impact
• Identify and develop daily practices for building
resiliency
• Work more effectively with a variety of personality
and communication styles
• Develop more effective relationships

Show your rater selections to another for an objective opinion

• A specific, significant leadership challenge or opportunity
you currently face, that:
• Is of primary importance to you, your work group,
and/or your organization
• Involves others, who also have a significant investment
in the outcome(s)
• Has persisted over a period of time, or is likely to do so
• May require changes in values, assumptions, or
behaviors for those involved
