Session 1 Pre-Work

Executive Nurse Fellows 360:

• View Assessment before assigning raters • • • Choose those who know you well enough Choose a balance of people, i.e. supporters & critics A minimum of 3 for Peers (within or outside of your organization) and 3 Direct Reports (invite at least 5) • You can have a Boss and a Superior (e.g., a Board Member)—Boss, Superior, and • • Other categories of feedback will be apparent Show your rater selections to another for an objective opinion Help screens with more detail will appear as you proceed through the steps
