During meeting with Director, FC Division, MoF it was learnt that
MoF has written to FD about delay in release of fund to PRIs. Follow
up action is needed.

1st installment for 2010-11 (Rs. 3.25 cr) released by GoI. Currently,
parked in MH-8121-General & Reserve Fund - SDRF. AD has
proposed to draw. Some clarifications on accounting of expenditure
have been sought from AD. Clarification awaited.
2nd installment for 2010-11 (Rs.3.25 cr) has also been released by
GoI. FD has concurred to E/S. Amount is to be deposited in MH-8121General & Reserve Fund - SDRF.

 Entire amount for 2010-11 has been released to Relief & DM
Department.
Action:
 Submission of UC for 2010-11.
UID Grants
(Rs. 4.00 crores @ Rs. 80.00 lakhs p.a)
Status & issues requiring action:
 1st installment of Rs. 40.00 lakhs for 2010-11 released by GoI
and State FD during 2010-11.
 UC submitted for Rs.21.17 lakhs. UC for balance awaited.
 This was discussed in the review meeting taken by Commr/
Fin on 25.01.2012.
 Since all subsequent releases would be on re-imbursement
basis, Planning Deptt was asked to move FD for authorization
and release of this year’s allocation of Rs.80 lakhs based on
the number of persons registered under UID in the State and
included in the Central ID Data Repository managed by the
UIDAI.
Elementary Education Grant
(Rs. 15.00 crores @ Rs. 3.00 crores per annum)
Status:
 Rs. 3.00 cr for 2010-11 released by GoI and State FD.
Action:
 UC awaited.

IMPROVING JUSTICE DELIVERY

Status:
• Full amount for 2010-11 has been released by
GOI.
• An amount of Rs.2.03cr lying in MH-8449.
Action required:
• Discussed with MoF/Ministry of Law & Justice.
Details regarding deviation from ThFC guidelines
need to be sorted out between these two
Ministries.
DISTRICT INNOVATION FUND
(Rs. 9.00 crores )
Status:
 1st installment of Rs.4.50 cr has been released by GoI.
 FD has authorized the amount.
 Under process in FD for concurrence to E/S.
IMPROVING STATISTICAL SYSTEMS
(Rs. 9.00 crores @ Rs. 1.8 crores)
Status:
 As per the Guidelines expenditure plan has been
submitted and approved by GoI.
 GoI has released an amount of Rs. 1.8 cr for 2010-11.
The amount has been authorized by FD.
 Under process in FD for concurrence to E/S.
DATABASE FOR GOVT. EMPLOYEES AND
PENSIONERS
( Rs. 5.00 crores)
Status:
 Rs. 2.5 cr being 1st installment has been released by GoI.
 Out of this, an amount of Rs.31.00 lakhs deposited with NIC
for implementation of BEAMS.
 Balance of Rs. 2.19 cr is lying in MH-8449.
 Consolidated DPR has been sent to MoF.
 Drawal permission has been issued for an amount of Rs.76
lakhs for deposit to NIC (for s/w development of CMIS).
Relevant bill is being prepared for submission to Treasury.
