To enhance confidence and mutual understanding among ARF participants in the context of multinational disaster relief operation in the region. ii. To conduct and apply life-saving methodologies in term of search and rescue. iii. To encourage all humanitarian entities to be part of an organized coordination system in order to increase actual disaster response capabilities for future missions. v. To improve civilian-led military-supported disaster response operations and coordination at operational and tactical levels. vi. Cooperate with CMOC Consolidator and receive change situation from him.
