Cumbria Affordable Warmth Project 2010-13 FUNDING Once an idea of the overall CO2 savings is calculated then the offer can go on the table for each of the Energy Companies. To date the average on most schemes is 50/50 contributions. Some Energy companies though dependant on the CO2 savings will go as high as 80/20. Cumbria Affordable Warmth Project 2010-13 50% or 20% for today's hard strapped LA’s any additional support may be out of reach? However opportunities exist to use this process to access additional funding to support renovation areas, face-lifting or neighbourhood renewal projects.
