6 What is the Purpose of AutoVu?
Purpose and Capabilities of AutoVu
AutoVu works in conjunction with the Sensus AutoRead program and is designed for operating VXU and VGB vehicle systems to collect meter-reading data.

7 How AutoVu Performs Meter-Reading Functions
Purpose and Capabilities of AutoVu
1.
A route is loaded onto a memory stick through AutoRead and then transported (either digitally or physically) to the laptop where AutoVu is installed.
2.
AutoVu takes the route data, manipulates it, and allows the vehicle system (VXU or VGB) to read it.
3.
AutoVu exports the readings back to the computer containing AutoRead for completion.
