Remarks
 Even though ICE2B265 has a low Rds(on) CoolMOS, it’s temperature is much higher than
FPSTM because CoolMOS has high Coss switching loss.
 Why the temperature of FSDM0365RN is higher than FSDL0365RN is that Coss
loss(Pcoss=0.5*Coss*Vds2*Fosc) grows with the increase of switching frequency (Fosc)
