Primary Evacuation Route, Sector C
•Follow the blue arrow to the stairwell located across
from 325M.
•Take stairwell down to 3rd Floor and proceed to the
stairwell located on the 5th Street side of the building
located next to the elevators.
•Take stairwell down to 1st Floor and exit the building
through the 5th Street exit/entrance doors.
•Sector C proceed to the “Safe Place” located in the
Government Center courtyard.
•Report to Area Monitor and wait for all clear.

Primary Evacuation Route, Sector D
•Follow the green arrow to the stairwell located just
next to the elevators on the West side of the Rotunda.
•Take stairwell down to 3rd Floor and proceed to the
Rotunda stairwell.
•Take stairwell down to Ground Floor and exit the
building through the East vestibule of the 4th Street
exit/entrance door. Please keep the Center and West
vestibules clear for Fire Department personnel.
•Sector D proceed to the “Safe Place” located in the
U.S. Federal Courthouse courtyard.
•Conduct head count of your group and communicate
to the Fire Department, Incident Commander.
•Report to Area Monitor and wait for all clear.
