•Sectors A, B and D follow arrow to the U.S. Federal
Courthouse tunnel. (Sector C, Minneapolis Emergency
Communications Center, has its own evacuation plan.)
•Take the tunnel into the U.S. Federal Courthouse
building up to Ground Floor.
•Wait in your “Safe Place,” which is located in the U.S.
Federal Courthouse courtyard.
•Report to Area Monitor and wait for all clear.
