If you want to know if an essential oil is pure, inspect it! Often, you can detect poor quality oils by their oily, bitter, rancid or
perfumey nature. When you smell a pure essential oil, you will notice that it smells crystal clean and natural. You can also
try testing the feel of different brands of essential oils. If the oil is pure, it should easily absorb into your skin without feeling
slick or oily. You can also try dabbing a little on your fingertip and stick on your tongue. If it has a fake, bitter taste, it is most
