In partnership with the NSW community, WorkCover helps to achieve safe workplaces, effective return to work and increased security for injured workers. Talk to us in person. The WorkCover Assistance Service Centre is located at Ground Floor, 92-100 Donnison Street, Gosford, and is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm weekdays. The Centre is staffed by WorkCover officers who can assist you with workplace health and safety, workers compensation and injury management enquiries. WorkCover has offices throughout the state. A complete list or our regional and local offices can be found on our website [www.workcover.nsw.gov.au]. WorkCover has 301 inspectors that can discuss improving health and safety in your workplace. The WorkCover Assistance Service is a dedicated assistance line available by calling 13 10 50, 8.30am to 5.00pm, weekdays. The 13 10 50 number is staffed by extensively trained WorkCover officers ready to help you with any query you may have in relation to workplace health and safety, workers compensation and injury management. The WorkCover Assistance Service incorporates the Claims Assistance Service, a telephone service that helps workers and employers to resolve workers compensation disputes.
