Objective

Graphically represent a snow blower using Pro/Engineer.

 Draw, assemble and animate the snow blower and the Tecumsch 2-cycle engine.

 Show the auger and drive train to demonstrate the functionality of a snow thrower.

 Analyze the auger when a force is applied to the blade.

Challenges

  Disassembling: Rusted Parts, Drilling and Accurately measuring parts.

 Assembly of the whole blower in Pro Engineer -Alignment of parts: bolt holes.

Pulleys, Side Frames, -Connections: fixed, pin, and cylinder.
