New User Registration
New Account Requirements
When creating an EPSB account, you must
provide the following via the EPSB website;





Unique Identification – SSN and DOB
Your demographic information
Creation of a User Name and Password
Answers to Password Hint Questions
Electronically Sign the EPSB User Agreement
Initial Registration

account for EPSB

Enter your full SSN and Birth Date
Type in the Security Picture Code as it is displayed
Click the ‘Create Account’ button
Enter the Security Code
In this example, type the

User Name, Password & Hints




User Name must be at least 6 characters and unique
Password must contain a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers
Hint Questions & Answers are needed for the Password Recovery process
Click the ‘Create Account’ button



Once your account has been successfully created, you will
receive confirmation on the screen and via email
Print or retain this information for future reference

Enter your newly created
User Name and Password.
Click the ‘go’ button to
login.
User Agreement
The first time you login with your new account, you will be asked to read
and electronically sign the Individual User Agreement.
