• Founded in 1991, at the encouragement of the Office of
Science and Technology Counselor (OSTC), Royal Thai
Embassy in Washington, DC
• Followed by the First Reversed Brain Drain (RBD)
Conference in Thailand
• ATPAC was registered with the State of Texas in 1992
