Regional Directors & the Accounts Department in the Accounting Unit can view the
receipt amount which are reconcilled at Head Quarters(HQ) for the challans
generated

Login to Application
1. Open Mozilla Firefox Browser
2. Type http://myesic.esic.in in the browser. The Login page is displayed as
below

Login to Application
3. Enter the User Name & Password and click on Login

4. Post Login the below page is displayed

5. Navigate to ApplicationFinance & Accounts

6. On Clicking Finance & Accounts Application the application menus are
displayed

7. Navigate to ReportsFinance Reports

8. The list of Finance Reports are Displayed in the page

Click on challan Reconciliation Report

8. The Report definition is displayed here.By Default the Logged in user location
is displayed.Set from and To date on screen
9.User can select the data range (01/12/2010 to 31/12/2010) and click on View
PDF \ view excel buttons to view the Report.
10.All the challans reconcilled in the Month of December will be displayed
Click on View PDF/ Excel Button
