1/3 of our shop floor is dedicated to storage for a large range of
valves, actuators, control systems and their various adaptations in
order to deliver quickly some of our main customers standard
ON/OFF valves.
VERSASERV realizes actuated valve assemblies dedicated
to customer requirements and service conditions:
- Our facilities and tooling have been designed and
elaborated to allow the assembly, setting and test of many
types of valve, actuator and their control system.
- Every equipment is tested separately in manufacturers
plant, then can be re-tested after assembly as a complete
unit in VERSASERV.
VERSASERV’s technicians have followed-up dedicated
trainings directly in our partner plants:
- About the characteristics and use of every type of
products.
- About the maintenance and the commissioning of the
products.
VERSASERV’s premises is equipped to serve our
customers and partners :
- Two training rooms (10 & 24 persons), fully equipped
with LCD screen & Ethernet connection for theoretical
sessions.
- A ‘show room’ with pneumatic network and a range of
demonstration products and devices for hands-on
training.
VERSASERV operates on sites in France or abroad:
-As we are authorized distributor for Val-Tex products, we
can help you to solve your valves problems: not sealing or
hard to operate.
- For commissioning our partners products (valves,
actuators, control panels).
- To deliver dedicated trainings to the users of Val-Tex
products and to the maintenance of valves in oil and gas
networks.
With the support of its partners VERSASERV disposes of a
range of cross-sectional valves, actuators, control panels
and various demo products.
- New products from our stock can also be used as support.
The VERSASERV workshop is equipped with lifting,
assembling and testing tools allowing the care and the
maintenance of every types of valves and their actuation
devices.
