Click SAVE. Click Open. • Verify F&A Rate Type • Attachments – where they go and why we care • Attach *ONE* proposal package in Abstracts & Attachments tab • Personnel Attachments panel is not in use • Attach Program Announcement / solicitation / instructions under Internal Attachments. • Proposal tab – Organization Location panel: • FOR UCI LOCATIONS, use the lookup to search for building name • Congressional District is now auto-populated based on the code • Enter free text for *off-site locations only* More tips… • Changes to workflow and access – contact your Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) • Use MISC SPONSOR code 009850 as a placeholder • Refrain from replying to KC-Admin-donotreply email notifications • When in doubt, check the Route Log first, then SPA. • On Proposal Tab, Document Overview panel, utilize “Explanation” field.
