Jehoiada’s Restoration
• Restored Davidic king to throne. (2 Chron. 23:3)

– Made a covenant between the people and God that

– Restored the Temple offices, or officers, as appointed
by David (2 Chron. 23:18)
– Reinstituted the cleanliness laws (2 Chron. 23:19)
– Led the people to destroy the temple of Baal and kill
