The LORD God is the self-existing One
as He is not a created being.
Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains
were born, Or Thou didst give birth to
the earth and the world, even from
everlasting to everlasting, Thou art
God.
Colossians 1:15-16 And He is the
image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all
things were created, both in the
heavens and on earth, visible and
invisible, whether thrones or dominions
or rulers or authorities -- all things have
been created by Him and for Him.
“First-born” does not mean Jesus Christ
is a created being. The term is used to
emphasize the the right of primogeniture.
Hebrews 1:3 And He [Jesus] is the
radiance of His [GTF] glory and the
exact representation of His nature, and
upholds all things by the word of His
power.
