Creating an Adobe Presentation Rapidly create Flash-based presentations and eLearning courses from PowerPoint • • • • • • • Set Preferences Add or Edit Audio Add multimedia Capture video Create quizzes and surveys Customize presentations Publish to Flash or PDF or Connect Server Ställ in Preferences 1. 1. Välj Preferences från Adobe Presenter menyn 2. Skapa en presenter profil 2. Spela in ljud och synkronisera 1. Välj Record Audio från Adobe Presenter menyn 2. Ställ in mikrofonens nivå 3. Påbörja inspelning 4. Klicka på Next för att gå till nästa sida i presentationen Lägg till film 1. Välj Insert Swf eller Import Video från Adobe Presenter menyn 2. Bläddra fram din film 3. Flash/Video filen blir då inlagd på sidan 4. För att förhandsvisa filen titta på presentationen i slideshow läge Exempel på film Både på sidan och som ”talking head” Spela in video 1. 2. 3. 4. 1. Välj Capture Video från Adobe Presenter menyn. 2. Välj var videon ska vara under “Attach to” <Slide video> eller <Sidebar video> (längst upp till höger) 3. Starta inspelningen genom att trycka på “Start Recording” och stopa genom att trycka på “Stop Recording “ 4. Klicka på Ok för att spar filmen 1. 3. Create2.Quizzes and Surveys 1. 2. Choose Quiz Manager from the Adobe Presenter menu. Click Add New Question to add a question or Import Quizzes from your existing presentations created in Adobe Presenter or Articulate Choose the type of question you would like to create and fill in question properties. Continue until you have created all questions and click OK in the Quiz Manager. New slides are added to the presentation for each question you created. Edit Quizzes for advanced options like pooling, shuffling and branching 3. 4. 5. 6. 1. 2. 3. Customize Presentations 1. Choose Presentation Settings from the Adobe Presenter menu. 2. The Settings tab lets you change the presentation title, add a presentation summary, 1. 2.&3 Publish . 4. Presentations 1. Choose Publish from the Adobe Presenter menu. 2. Confirm presentation settings by looking at the Presentation Information. 3. Select publish locally to My Computer or publish to an Adobe Connect Pro server or Adobe PDF. 4. Click Publish. You can select View output after publishing to see the presentation post conversion. If you published to an Adobe Connect Pro server, a URL is provided.
