Requierements for control schemes
• Accept all terms and conditions for ORDINARY
participants according to Statutes.
• Adopt the AIJN CoP
• Acknowledge compliance with food law and labelling
regulations
• Inform about encountered problems and help to solve
the problem.
• Provide full traceability when needed.
• Keep counter-samples
• Provide full information about samples upon request to
EQCS authorities.

Technical requirements
• Sample taking
– From members’ plants and market, in representative way
• Analysing
– 50% of products sampled from participants
– Up to the scheme number of non-participants to be
analysed
– Adequate and suitable authenticity controls
