– Enter into Confidentiality Agreement with RX
– Initial meeting of executive teams to discuss event performance
– Association to describe principal objectives for their event
– Allow RX to analyze:
• Event P&L
– Pricing strategies
• Vendor agreements
• Marketing plans
• Staffing and organizational requirements
• Market / industry data and trends
• Competition
– RX to present findings and recommendations
