◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ VA Compulsory Attendance Laws 6 unexcused = Attendance Contract 7 unexcused = Truancy Referral to Juvenile Intake Classroom 2+ unexcused = 69 grade.
Must be present for 50% of class (45 min) Excessive tardiness to school/class will not be tolerated.
Phones are allowed in the building during non instructional time. In the classroom, cell phones are only allowed during instruction as directed by the teacher.

Clothing representing or displaying drugs, alcohol, or gangs will not be allowed. Shorts, dresses, and/or skirts cannot be more than five inches above the knee.
