Objective: To select the SJC organizing
committee
To decide on celebration – no of days,
venue, timings, invitees list, agenda
To estimate the budget
To decide about invitation- pages, cost,
etc
The following are the staff and members

We have finalised the SJC committee
To meet our chairman to get his guidance
The SJC should be grand and should act as
bridge between the opportunity providers and
our department.
Have decided to invite all the students of DPPT,
all present and retired staff of SIT and all the
paper mills as per the list, chemical companies,
machine mfrs etc.,
Have decided to advertise in IPPTA, Paper Mart,
Leading Dailies, AIR,DD, etc.,
To collect the abroad working PPT’s address and
invite them earlier.
