connections and create services and products to address those needs.

child’s trusted medical care team.
Why does Momcology work?
• No one wants to feel alone
 Childhood cancer is extremely isolating for the whole family
 It can be hard to find connections even within your own hospital due to
healthcare privacy laws. Momcology has broken down the HIPAA barrier.
• Traditional support groups run by hospitals have been
unsuccessful
 Families don’t want to spend more time at the hospital than needed.
 Momcology members can contribute as much or as little as they’d like and still
gain knowledge and support in our groups. No pressure to share.
 Home or Hospital, Momcology support is when and where you need it at all
times.
• Members learn from each other daily
 Mother’s are at the front lines of new information constantly. Momcology gives
them a forum to share with many instantaneously.
• Momcology is trusted
 Our members know we will always guide them in the best interest of their
family. No pressure from other organizations within Momcology, Pure support
from others who truly understand.
