Home Based Care
• Providing quality healthcare for individuals
suffering from HIV and AIDS related diseases
• A holistic approach to healthcare
• Support individuals who are often ostracized
by their families after disclosure of status
• Work with the hope that the afflicted
individuals can once again be healthy enough
to support themselves and their families
