• Success of the programme through success of the projects
• Marketing in project addressing:
- to the general public
- project’s stakeholders and beneficiaries
- between project partners (part of bigger picture)
- partners locally
- in partner organisations

Guidelines for implementation at project level
• The project must implement the measures set out in the
“Dissemination and promotion” included in the Application
Form.
• Costs for “Dissemination and promotion” will be co-
financed only if the guidelines are followed up.
