 Understand the structure and mission of your targeted agency.
 Monitor FBO website on a regular basis. Use keyword searches for
targeted agencies.
 Read solicitation packages carefully to ensure you understand the
requirements, terms and conditions. Refer to the solicitation for the proper
procedure for contacting the agency representative and/or submitting
questions.
