Type in “Password”
Click on “Login”
After Login, the next
screen will be
displayed
Click on the left hand
side on “Close
Corporations”
Click on “Amend details for
Close Corporation and/or
auditor’s and all members
(CK2)”
Type in the “Enterprise
Number”
Type in the “Enterprise
Name”
Click on “Continue”
The “Current Name of Corporation”
will be displayed
Select “Change Name” for change of
name of Close Corporation
Type in new name and reservation
number
Select “Keep” or “Change” or
“Deregister” Translated Name and
type in the name and reservation
number
if any changes
Select “Keep” or “Change” or
“Deregister” Shortened Name and type
in the name and reservation number if
any changes
Click on Continue with application
Image of amended CK2
will be displayed
Print image of document
Members have to sign this
document
Attach the original
Accounting Officer Letter
with CK2
Lodge CK2 at CIPRO
offices
CIPRO will verify CK2 and
a Certificate will be issued
to Customer
The “Close Corporation
Details” screen will be
displayed
This information is the
current information as on
our Database
Change all information you
need to change
Click on “Submit”
Click on “Please click here”
and this will allow you to
open the image of all
information amended
