Getting Started
Its easy to create and manage useful
links for your local market.
1)
If necessary add the Administer Useful
Links widget to your homepage.

Click “Administer Useful Links” to display
the link administration page.
The link Admin tab is displayed

Creating your own Icons
Icons can be created using most image
editing or graphics programs. There are
also a number of dedicated icon creation
tools available via the internet.
Useful links widget is designed to use
standard windows sized icons, (32x32)
File format is .png Other formats are not
supported
larger icons are too big and obscure
information. Too small and they become
hard to identify.

Useful Links
Use a TME link for your market
By default, any link created by TME will
not be viewable to authorised repairers.
To make the link visible to your market.
1. In the Administer Useful Links widget.
Click the “Administer Useful Links NMSC
Access”

2. Select your NMSC from the drop-down
list.
3. Click the check box for Authorised
repairer access for the required link and
save. The link will now be visible to your
market
