 Follow instructions
 Fill in only WHITE fields
 Keep the language easy to understand
 No ERROR messages (section II.2. Lead Partner’s signature)
 Print entire AF and submit bounded
 Use MS Excel Windows to
fill in the Application Form

 Cover Letter, with list of contents;
Application Form (bound!)
 Lead Partner and Partner/s declarations
 Supporting documents, if relevant (Feasibility Study
/technical documentation for construction works, etc.)

Submitting of Project Application II

By post– date of postal stamp – no later than 12 February 2010
or personally bring the documents to the Secretariat in Riga,
Ausekla 14-8, until 12 February 2010 at 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
and

By e-mail until 12 February 2010 at 2:00 p.m.

as e-document, signed by valid electronic signature (only
Application Form)
Project applications submitted after the set deadline will
not be assessed.

Application is received no later than by the specified deadline in
electronic version and a hard copy
 Application is duly filled, signed, stamped and dated
 Project Application Form is not damaged (no ERROR
messages)
